Léon Verhoef is sinds enkele jaren als Leveranciersmanager actief binnen het applicatiedomein van UWV. Zijn achtergrond als econoom, IT-manager en organisatieadviseur brengt hij samen in zijn streven organisaties effectiever en efficienter met elkaar te laten samenwerken. Onnodige complexiteit en mistigheid in relaties zijn naar zijn mening op termijn de doodsteek voor elke (contractuele) samenwerking.

In zijn presentatie gaat León in op de ontwikkelingen binnen UWV rond contractering van applicatiedienstverlening. Funktiepunten en de QSM methodiek spelen daarbij een rol.

He is the director of the Benchmarking Practice at the Cutter Consortium, a Boston-based IT think-tank, and served as past editor of the IT Metrics Strategies publication.

With over 25 years of experience, Michael and his partners at QSM have derived productivity patterns for thousands of projects collected worldwide across engineering and business applications. His current work examines time-pressure dynamics of teams, and its role in project success and failure.

Larry Putnam jr. has 23 years of experience using the Putnam-SLIM Methodology. He has participated in hundreds of estimation and oversight service engagements, and is responsible for product management of the SLIM-Suite of measurement tools and customer care programs.

Larry is a member of, and an active participant in, numerous organizations, including the IBM PartnerWorld, Quality Assurance Institute, Software Program Managers Network, International Function Point Users Group, and International Society of Parametric Analysts. Larry has delivered numerous speeches at conferences on software estimation and measurement, and has trained – over a five-year period – more than 1,000 software professionals on industry best practice measurement, estimation and control techniques and in the use of the SLIM-Suite.
