FPA is a method to evaluate the size of a globally designed, but not yet developed software system. This size serves to estimate projects and releases, planning projects, estimating productivity, benchmarking and facilitates the negotiation of maintenance contracts. This training teaches you step by step how to apply FPA following NESMA 2.2 and IFPUG 4.1.1. The training is application oriented and has many excercises.
